Who is responsible?
Damian Cholewa is responsible for personal data processed for NewGameCodes. For questions or privacy requests, email [email protected]. This policy applies to newgamecodes.com.
Visiting the site
You do not need an account to read our pages or open reward links. We do not ask for your game password. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and helps protect it. This involves technical information such as your IP address, requested address and browser information. Our site code does not currently include a separate audience analytics service.
Settings on your device
Your browser stores your chosen light or dark theme under ngc-theme. It also stores markers for opened reward links under ngc-collected:*. A marker does not confirm that you received a reward in the game. Our current code does not send these values to our server or automatically expire them. They remain until you or your browser clear the site's stored data. Clearing that data resets the saved theme and markers. You can still use the page if browser storage is unavailable.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to send. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to Gmail, provided by Google. We use the information to handle your request. Providing it is voluntary, but without a reply address or enough detail we may be unable to help. Do not send game passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Purposes and retention
We process support correspondence to respond to requests and relevant technical data to deliver and protect the site. Our legitimate interests in communication, reliable operation and security are the basis for this processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and, where necessary, establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted. Device settings remain as described above. Hosting and email providers also retain service and security data under their own applicable policies; this site does not set a single retention period for all provider records.
Links and sharing
Collect opens an external game reward address through a link on our domain. The game publisher handles the subsequent visit under its own privacy policy. We do not receive confirmation that a reward was redeemed. Copy link writes a page link to your clipboard when you press the button. Share opens your device's sharing options where supported; the service you select applies its own privacy practices.
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare and Google handle data for the hosting, delivery and email services described above. Their global services may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their linked privacy and transfer information explains relevant safeguards, including adequacy arrangements or standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can contact us for more information about the services we use.
Advertising and consent
We use Google AdSense to fund the site. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information and activity on this site to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, Google's consent management platform asks for and records your choices before eligible advertising technologies are used. You can reject optional purposes or manage them in the message and later reopen Privacy and cookie settings from the link Google provides at the bottom of the site. Advertising availability and personalization may change according to your choices, location, browser settings and ad-blocking software.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, subject to the conditions of the law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify it. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
