How to redeem Genshin Impact codes
Use the official redemption page linked below. We do not ask for your account details or redeem codes for you. If you play on more than one server, check the selected character before confirming.
- Copy the code exactly as it appears in the list.
- Open the official redemption page and sign in to the HoYoverse account linked to your character.
- Choose the correct server, check your character and enter the code.
- Confirm redemption, then open your in-game mail to collect the items.

If your game shows a Redeem Code option, you can also find it under Settings → Account. Otherwise, use the website. Follow any Adventure Rank or other eligibility requirement shown for the code.
Choosing which rewards to collect
Look at the whole reward bundle, not just the code. A code with Mora or upgrade materials may still be useful even when it has no Primogems. The amounts beside a code describe that code only; copying several codes does not combine them into one redemption.
When should you redeem a code?
Redeem a code when you find it, especially if it comes from a time-limited announcement. Codes do not all have the same end date. After a successful redemption, collect the mail promptly: the message itself can also expire. A code appearing in this list is not a guarantee that your account is eligible.
Why a code may not work
Check the spelling, server and any expiry notice. An already-used message means you cannot collect the same code again on that account. If redemption succeeds but the reward is missing, check the character and mailbox before contacting HoYoverse support. HoYoverse explains redemption errors.

Do all Genshin Impact codes give Primogems?
No. Check the reward bundle beside each code. Some offer Mora, experience items or enhancement ore instead.
Does copying a code redeem it?
No. Copy only places the text on your clipboard. You still need to submit it through HoYoverse and collect the reward in the game.
Can I use GENSHINGIFT again when this list updates?
An update to this page does not reset a code you have already used. Check the response from HoYoverse rather than repeatedly trying the same code.
Where can I find official announcements?
Check the game's official channels and special-program announcements. Avoid offers that ask you to share your password with another website.
